FS: 2002 Acura TL Type S

I'm trading in my '02 Acura 3.2 TL Type-S this week. Dealer is ready to take it when I pickup my new truck later this week, but I'll sell it for what the dealer is going to give me...doesn't matter to me at this point.

Car has 78,000 miles. Blue w/ black leather. Heated seats, memory seats, moonroof, power everything, 6-disc changer, HID lights. It does not have Navigation (this is the only option on the TL...everything else is standard equipment). No rust. No rear center belt. All regular service done. $10k. It will probably be about $13-14k at the dealer next week.

Nice car. If you're financing, there's a tax benefit to trading your car...you pay tax on the difference(price - trade), not on the sales price. I can't remember if it's the same on a cash deal though. Also, if you sell your car to someone, they legally have a warranty for 60 days/2500 miles.

I always loved that color..and when I bought my '02 TL type S a couple years ago I was suppose to get that color, but ended up with a ssm.

Yes and no. The TL lineup had red...only offered on the non Type-S in '02. You can get an '03 TL Type S in red.

Acura does have a decent interface compared to some other OEM systems I've seen. I don't like the smallish screens of the factory navi on the 02...the 04+ has a larger screen.

What year are you getting? I have 2 of the factory manuals for 99-03: service and ETM (electrical). Invaluable if you're going to do your own work on the car as well as stereos, remote starters, etc... Let me know if you're interested.
