Roxio Easy Media Creator 10. Loaded bundle. You can even convert HD and old VHS tapes to digital media content. Opened it, but never used it. (XP & Vista Compatible). $40.

Sony Vegas Movie Movie Maker & DVD Creator. Same deal, loaded it, but I use a different movie package. (XP Only) Brand new except for open box. $10.

Call of Duty 2. Won't run on my Vista system. Brand new except for open box. $5.

I can ship all items media mail, I take Paypal if anyone is interested.

if you "loaded it" then legally i believe you have used up your license on the product. even if you uninstalled it and/or don't use it anymore.

I don't think it should be an issue. I think the code key numbers only activate the software. I generally never register any software unless I intend on using it. I didn't register any of these.

What happens if you buy a new computer? Once you load on it another computer that you bought to replace your "old one", it should still be a working copy.

Otherwise, you would have to buy a new copy of the software everytime you load it onto a new computer you buy. Correct?

I've done that with my copy of 2003 Office for all of my computers over the past 7 years.

Most licenses only allow the software to be installed on one computer at a time, however uninstalling the software would free the license to be used on a different computer or sold to someone else.

In fact, preventing someone from doing so would violate right of first sale.

The grey market for software is one of those uncertain areas.

As long as you're getting legit media and/or a key with a receipt you should be fine if the software police come knocking on your door.
