FS: 2006 YAMAHA R1

NO TIRE KICKERS PLEASE

The bike is a 2006 yamaha R1 Raven with 9600 miles. I have never ridden this bike anywhere near what one would call beating on it. It has been through 1 track day

It has been dropped one time in my garage i will post detailed pictures of all the cosmetics later on as my camera is currently not here but i have nothing to hide.

aside form the cosmetics there is absolutely nothing wrong with this bike. I runs mint and revs freely. I have been unable to truly ride this bike due to injuries and this is the ONLY reason it is up for sale

oil changed every 3000 miles with a semi synthetic 20w 50

recently had the steering head bearings inspected and reset

I am not looking to make money here but also not looking to give out any crazy deals, I would like to get rid of it for what its worth and depending on the potential buyer I might be able to work something out

I have all the stock parts for everything that i replaced and would be willing to negotiate for the stock parts being put back on but again i have a bottom line and am not willing to go below that, worse case i have no problems keeping the bike.

This is not a demo bike so dont expect to get a rip in then fuck me over, not gonna happen

also it has some minor scratches that can be repaired, if its a deal breaker then i can have it done prior to sale but for a price

Pilot Powers (brand new less than 1k miles) Rear 180/55 R17 Front 120/70 R17
stock oil filler plug replaced

I am giving it one week on NESR only then its going on craigslist, ebay, and a consignment store in nashua might it be its final resting spot til it finds a new home

I am a very motivated seller, I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this out of my garage

so are the passenger pegs re-installable (is that a word?) since the holes are "filled".

the passenger pegs are indeed re-installable (it has to be a word my spellcheck says so)

I used rubber grommets and some rtv to keep them weather proof.

I will not be around until tomorrow afternoon so ill try to get pictures up by tomorrow night.

the rearsets are in the pictures i already posted....

Yup with surgery on friday my season is pretty much over. I have put maybe 1000 miles on the r1 since august of last year because of my injury and it will not be ridden at all the rest of this year.
