FS: 2009 Marin Mount Vision 5.7 mountain bike

I know a lot of you are riding so wanted to let you guys know I have my bike for sale. Sick, sick bike! Frame is an XL which is good for people around 6'. I'm 5'11/6' and I like the size much more than my old Cannondale which was a Medium.

I picked this up used and only used it a couple times. Haven't had the time to get out much. I did put brand new Kenda tires on it and they only have two short rides on them, it has platform pedals on it now, and it has a bashguard too. Shifting is good. I picked it up used and since it rode well held off on any tune up as it worked fine for me.

I also have a factory FOX fork rebuild kit, only thing needed for a rebuild is oil. The left fork stanchion seal could be replaced as I noticed a bit of oil on the fork tube after my last ride. It doesn't leak out and down the fork, so it's very minor and could be riddin as is.

The Hayes hydraulic brakes are awesome!

    This was a $2,800 bike.

Asking $1,050 elseware. NESR price is $960 firm. Picked up near New Haven, CT.

Here are the specs on it:

And to sweeten the pot just a bit for the buyer I went through the basement and found a few things i'll include for the new owner!

-Fox pump for fork and rear shock
-Shimano Deore XT M770 clipless pedals (these are $80 pedals)
-All the fork rebuild kit items mentioned above
-3 large tubes of different greases
    -Syringe
    -new FOX L/XL knee/shin pads.

This is an additional $280+ of parts.

Bike is in good shape mechanically and visually, normal scratches and stuff form being a mountain bike.

Here are pics of the bike from yesterday.

Yeah, oddly enough I rode a medium Cannondale before switching to this. I like the larger frame. Plenty of clearance the way the top tube slopes down.
