The Good:
Tires 60%+
Engine runs like a champ.
Fiery heat, Brisk AC
A tuneup was done in the last 20k miles(plugs wires tranny fluid)
Oil changes every 3k since vehicle purchased from Toyota of Watertown,Ma at 85k miles.
Towing Package(the bigger one, not the small uhaul thing)
20Mpg on highway on 87 oct.
The Neutral:
Small gas tank: 13ish Gallons
162,XXX Miles. 15 year old truck, do the math.
Needs a drivers side floormat. (carpet is 100% entact, floormat is just worn)
I would take the rear speakers with me (put 6X9's in rear of truck to replace the 4inch ones that go into rear doors, would be willing to reinstall some 4inchers)
A "little" body rust underneath and a little on the rear door because of the drainage from rear up/down window.
(multiple mechanics said this is one of the best looking 4runners they have ever seen from that year rust wise)
A Couple dings here and there.
The drivers window control panel has been mickey moused by me (still a $350 part from toyota) Works 100%, requires a light touch)
The Bad:
Needs brakes (front pads needed/rotors "ok", rear drums need work)
Suspension could be done.(Just a bumpy ride from the shocks, all the stabilizing stuff is fine)
Front bumper has a few dings
Needs an O2 senser before the cat which will probably involve a bit of work.(engine light on because of this)
