Back story:
I bought this bike from a NESR member in early December. Put about 200 enjoyable miles on it so far. I love the bike, its tiny, light, nimble, makes LOTS of power with the current state of tune, and fits me.
However, I am prepping for a Trans Labrador Highway trip next season and this bike averages 26-27 MPG under spirited DS riding (35 under normal conditions). I need a bike that does AT LEAST 45 MPG for our trip calculations on fuel-on-board/extra fuel to work. I know it is silly to sell a great woods bike because it doesn't do long distance trips, but I have dreamed of the Trans Lab trip for many years and I need a bike that can do that. Don't have time or room for 3 bikes, so I really need a 4-stroke DS bike capable of more MPG.
Asking $1500 cash for everything. Or willing to trade up for your 4 stroke, 40+ MPG, 250-400cc street-legal dirt bike (A plated DRZ400E or similar would be ideal). Please PM if there is any interest.
