    FS: Gorgeous well-sorted RS250 cup

Juggling a few bikes around in garage to make room and ready to pass this one on. All work was done by EDR Performance in Portland Oregon in mid 2016 (have invoices showing over $4k work done).

    -arrow pipes
    -woodcraft rearsets
    -woodcraft 3 piece clipons
    -woodcraft bar end sliders
    -woodcraft quick release fork sliders
    -anti-gravity lithium battery
-brand new bodywork and gorgeous paint job
    -oil injection system fully functional
-Forks and rear shock serviced 300 miles ago, sprung for 220
    -new 520 chain and sprockets - 14-44 (stock is 14-42 I believe)
-powder coated everything, including wheels and kick start lever.
    -safety wired
-new diablo rosso corsa's (~300 track miles on them)
    -strip and paint wheels
    -strip and heat coat exhaust
-front fork service(seals,220# springs, Motul fluid)
    -rear shock service(powder coat spring)
    -new plugs
    -new samco hoses
    -new radiator cap
    -new choke holder
-powder coat cfm rear sets, kick start lever, exhaust bracket
    -custom paint
    -clean chassis while apart
    -flush brake fluid

Will come with an rsv4 rear shock, with the right clevis, you can swap it on if you desire. Only blemish in the beautiful paint job is a small nick on the rear tail when I dropped it on its side while backing out of trailer.

Bike starts first kick, runs and rides great. Bike is not a collector's showroom piece, it's a rider. It's beautiful and will bring you a lot of joy as it did me. No street parts, bill of sale only.

    Price is 6000$.

Did two days at Canaan and the thing ran like a top. Can't believe they don't give 2 stroke guys a 2 second handicap at the start, but I still dominated the back of the pack at the dealer challenge race. The thing is smooth and surprisingly fast once it hits the power band, I was regularly coming up on/passing big bikes in the back section of Canaan.

    Still kinda for sale.

I'm really hoping this doesn't sell. I'm in the midst of a property renovation that has me a bit anxious to write more checks...if she's still around this winter chances are I'm your Huckleberry.

I'd love for it to go to someone I know and local. But I am hoping it doesn't sell either.

I added some more photos to the OP from this weekend at Canaan. The RS250 is my 916, the bike I grew up wanting and this one is a gorgeous example. I am just not wired to be a collector and ride a bike only twice a year. Maybe I shouldn't worry about it sitting and just keep it, it brings such a smile to everyone's face.

In that case, I would keep it. PJ told me he still has his 125. I regret selling mine.

But if I were you, I wouldn't let it sit. riding it instead of your liter bikes at trackdays and racing will do wonders for your riding.
