Yes.

and I believe they are the same, S/M L/XL

The shell seems small for a medium, so I would guess the Small has the same shell.

The padding smells like roses - seriously, the helmet was work on weekends... for 20 minutes at a time haha. It's in great shape, padding is clean and smells fine, and it can be removed if you prefer to get it drycleaned.
