    Gentleman's farm in VT

Here is a great opportunity for someone to own a nice little farm in central VT.

This is my brother's place. Very nice little place with a large barn located in West Pawlet VT.

22 acres with water frontage. 30 minutes to VT. skiing. 5 minutes to Lake St. Catherine (fishing and water fun). 40 minutes to Lake George. Zero minutes to some of the best roads in New England.

588 Warren Switch Rd, West Pawlet, VT 05775 | Zillow

Wow.. You're right. That's odd. Big Red barn. Full hay loft. Water is the Indian river. That little camp building is next to the river.
