Low cost race/track bike with spares for sale. 1997 GSXR600. Runs great – no known problems with it. $1850.
I placed in the top 5 in many novice middleweight races in 2006 and I’m a slow old man. The bike is strong and agile. This is a great bike for someone getting into racing or who wants a great track bike without spending a ton of money.

Penske rear shock
Re-valved front forks
Full Hindle exhaust
Pro-lite front discs
Fully safety wired – ready to race

Rear stand included

Extras included:
Extra set of rims with nice rain tires (I won my first race in the rain on this bike)
Spare upper and lower bodywork - repaired but in decent shape.
Spare gas tank
Spare fuel pump
Spare new throttle cables
Spare new clutch lever
Spare sub frame
Spare windshield

This bike went through the insurance company/bike salvage shop route a number of years ago. It was purchased from the salvage shop and raced by a number of LRRS racers over the last bunch of years. I do not have a title, but I can show the results of a recent VIN check which confirms the bike is not hot. I have no idea if getting a title is possible under these circumstances, but I am assuming it would be hard. All I am providing is a bill of sale.
(For those inquiring minds…I’ll be racing a ZX6R this year, which my wife bought me as a Christmas present. Yes…she’s awesome!)
