    Guitar Amps

I am moving to Asheville, NC next week so I've been selling off some music gear I don't use too as much.

    1980s Sundown Artist 100.

It's a 100W 1x12combo designed by Dennis Kager of Ampeg, etc fame.
It's technically the first foot switchable true dual channel amp made ( the channels don't layer like with Mesa).

    Facts:
    4x 6L6s and 5x 12AX7s. (recently replaced)
    All electrolytic caps replaced
    Awesome tube + spring reverb
    Insanely Loud
    Effects loop for each channel
    Tone stack = Baxandall
Governor Knob = Post Phase Inverter Master Volume
RMS Knob = Adds in cathode resistance thereby reducing the amps output
Foot switchable 2 independent channels (1 ~Fendery and 1 more ~Mesa-ish aka very high gain)
Speaker is a Pyle Driver reconed with a hemp cone by PMR speakers in Ohio
Tolex on the bottom is a little chewed up from what looks like water damage to the bottom way before I owned it, see the pictures.

    Asking $340

    Modified Silvertone 1482

It's definitely "player grade". At some point a speaker out jack was added to the front panel, I removed it and used the hole for a master volume. I've also made some other circuit tweaks/changes. It also has various nicks, dings, the cardboard cabinet is warped slightly as it is in most all of these amps, and it has a replacement back panel made of birch plywood.

    Notes:
    -All electrolytic caps replaced
    -3 prong cord added
    -Replaced all input jacks
-Tubes are all vintage, not new but sound too awesome for me to want to change.
-Power tubes are Ken-Rad/GE 6v6GT with black glass (if you care about that kinda stuff).

    Circuit changes (for the better!):
-The two "Instrument" inputs are now wired in standard Fender Hi/Lo
-First gain stage of the Instrument inputs is altered a wee bit (Cathode bypass caps + resistor changes).
-Added instrument input volume bright cap
-The "Microphone" input was replaced and redone but wired as stock
-Replaced shared cathode resistor/cap on power tubes with individual pairs
-Added 500R screen resistors and 1K control grid resistors on power tubes
-Added a "Frondelli" type post phase inverter master volume. This type of master volume is done in such a way that with the MV maxed there is not effect on tone or output.
-Added 4 and 8 ohm speaker outputs on back panel (internal speaker switches out when you plug a speaker in)

    Asking $400

    Must resist.

I know you’re trying to pare down for the move...
Any interest in a 68 bandmaster at all?
