A friend is trying to sell his 1999 ZX9R with lots of extras for easy money. I know this guy well. (He is the one who took me on my first CSTS!) He is painfully anal about the care of his bike. We used to watch him clean it EVERY night on our trips and hd suffered mightily for it....

It is, pretty much. I don't care for vehicles that pose any inconveniences so I like to keep them running and looking like new. Plus, all that bike cleaning time gets me out of the house/motel and away from all ceaseless blathering from the wife/traveling buddies.....

$3,500 for the whole package, $3,300 without the Pit Bull stands. The dealer says they'll give me $3,500 in trade, but I'd prefer it go to someone who will appreciate it - and take all the accessories that I'll no longer have use for.
