For sale is the Hawk that I bought for my girl a few years ago. It was a fun project to make street legal. But alas my procrastination never got it a proper plate. The VIN is clean and has been run threw the local police department. Unfortunately it doesn't have a title and MA laws are a bitch to get one. I know I could get one in VT but again the procrastination thing.
It runs great and is a hoot in the corners. Could go back to a race bike with little effort or made a real street bike easily to someone in the right state or motivation.
The mods are from what I can remember
F2 tank
F3 forks
f3 front wheel
monster tail light
monster seat
sv throttle grip/controls and cables
vfr rear wheel with 180
uni pod filters
dirt bike style front fender
NESR sticker on swing arm (at least 15 hp)
seems to be a gutted exhaust but is the stock piece
carb jetted with bigger mains and synced
cheap ebay mirrors
cheap ebay head light
zx6r kickstand with fabricated bracket
mottobatt quadflex battery with new wires and extra grounding
Acewell 2856AB gauge pod
SS front brake lines
I have some spare parts to go with it as well including the stock airbox with a K+N filter, rear stand and some really cool RC31 stickers made by some guys on the hawk forum.
I'm sure there are other things I forgot to mention, but I'm just going from memory. I had a grin every time I rode this bike and have logged over 1k miles without issue. The bike has been down on at least the left side and has rash on the frame. The tank has been crashed on the right side, but it happened well before it was on the hawk. To the best of my knowledge the bike has always been a race bike, or it has been for at least 10 years. There has never been a title issued so doing a title search for a new one won't work. I also started a thread on here when I bought the bike. I could find that if anyone wants to see more detail of what I have done.
Asking $1500 or best offer. I'm also willing to take so coin off if I take off the street bits. Also open to all motorcycle trades.
