2009 R6 - Listing for a friend

Listing this for a friend, he hasn't been a NESR member long enough to post in the For Sale section.


Here's his write up:

2009 Yamaha R6 Pearl White
Well cared for, always garaged R6
Tires:
80% Tread Front
50% Tread Rear
~14500 Miles (bought 2 years ago at 6100)

The Good:
Oil changed at less than 3000 mile intervals
Air filter changed this summer (to K&N)
Spark plugs changed this summer
Brake fluid changed last month
Coolant flushed this spring
Always kept clean, waxed and detailed

The Bad:
In July on my first trackday (the only time the bike has been to a track)
I crashed, giving the right side of the bike some pretty good road rash.
The bike is straight, with cosmetic damage only.

The only reason I'm selling the bike is because I would like to buy a trackbike
so I can start racing.

Asking $6700 OBO.

since its already been down... bring it over to the dark side!! instead of buying another bike you already have a really good track only bike just throw some race fairings on it! I did that to my 2011 R1 this summer and i was sooo happy i did :-D
