This phone is mechanically perfect with no operating issues whatsoever. I bought it about 2 months ago and love the phone. The phone does have some small scratches on the front top and bottom edge around the screen. (See photos) These scratches do no effect the operation of the phone and would be covered by a case that wrapped around the front of the phone.

You will need a Verizon 4g SIM card to use the phone, also there is no SD card included as I had to use it in my replacement Spectrum.

If you aren't as anal as me and don't care about a couple of scratches this is a great way to get a great Android phone... My loss is your gain!!!

Did you get the phone replaced through Verizon's insurance? Possible they may have banned the IMEI if it was reported lost/stolen or whatever. I'd appreciate it if you could explain the process of you getting your phone replaced. I am interested just want to make sure I won't have any issues.

I bought a refurb off of ebay because I didn't have insurance on the phone. I guarantee you will have no issues activating it. The phone was active yesterday until I swapped my SIM card out of it.

I found a nice black gel cover for the phone I'm not using that I will throw in as well... this would actually cover the scratches as well...

Offers accepted... just trying to recoup a little of the money I spent on the refurb
