    Looking for an EX

Looking to downgrade from an f4i to an EX before I get myself killed. We can work out a trade, or I would be interested in buying it straight out.

The F4i is that bad of a bike to ride (like in fast?)

Christ! I have never down graded before, I have just learned how to not twist the throttle any more than I can safely take.

I have a 2004 Kawasaki ZRX1200R right now, & I have only twisted the go grip full on in a couple of the gears to full R.P.M. like 2nd & 3rd, I still want to live for a few more years right now.

So! Why are you really selling it?
he races the bike... if you don't twist the throttle when you race you don't win

...as for the followup question that's likely to be asked, lightweight bikes (i.e. sv's & ex's are much better bikes to learn on as the emphasis is on cornering, not hanging on for dear life while the bike tries to highside you)

    Looking for an EX

Well, I am always looking for my future ex-wife, so that goes without saying.
And 2, since Im putting up 1.44s for times in my first races, Id rather something a little more technical than brute force. I dont have quite the killer instinct needed to go nuts on a 600.

Haha, the results of hanging on for dear life during a highside are cluttering up my garage. Id like to keep just one bike in that sort of condition

Oh c'mon, the Rex is a pussy cat. I've had her WOT in every gear.

Suffice to say, I took it and my then new-to-me $800 EX500 to Tony's trackday last year, rode it for the first two sessions and it sat the rest of the day.

Big bikes just aren't as fun on the track!

    Back on topic:

Call on that one in Craigslist that Big-D linked to. You won't find a tighter knit more supportive group than EX racers at Loudon.
