Carfax mileage check a must for anyone interested, along with careful check of sprockets, pegs, tires, etc other items showing wear...mileage so ridiculously low, gotta believe someone unplugged or replaced the odo, or else never rode it!

My guess is that the seller knows jack about bikes and read one of the trip meter readings instead of the total, though
