MA: 2011 Yamaha R1 Red/Black 1 owner clean title in hand with mods

I am the 1st owner. Clean title in hand. Bike is already paid off. Its black and red with the skull fairings, if you dont like the skulls you can peal it off, its only a sticker that yamaha put on. It has 3909 miles as of today. Always garaged on battery tender. Never seen rain. I change the oil and filter every 400-500 miles (very anal about clean oil) with Rotella Shell synthetic. Chain cleaned and lubed after every other ride. I've installed the Dan Moto fully adjustable handlebars, and raised it up 1" for comfort. <--Best comfort mod
The condition is same as it was on showroom floor.
It has never been dropped, never raced, never tracked.
