    Front 20mm. Rear 22mm.

Does that sound right? I had a hard time getting accurate measurements.

Yeah. I just googled a bit to jog my memory. 20mm front/ 22mm rear is correct.

May be interested. Have to do some research on if they would fit an older yz400 in the shed and how I can get into ice racing this year.

FYI these are-to my knowledge-NOT LEGAL for any racing. Really only for rec riding.

I thought they might be for NETRA, but I just checked and you are correct : "Manufactured studs and motorcycle specific screw-in studs will be allowed, however no Tapcon style concrete screws or ice racing screws (i.e. cold cutters) will be allowed." Page 4 The enduro rule book has a similar statement.

Any areas where people are allowed to ride recreationally on the ice? Or is it more so invitational by those lake side already?

There are spots. Sometimes you have to know someone. Some are more open and welcoming than others.
It's usually more about who clears the ice than who has access. Although there are many spots with no public access.
In NH it is required you have a current OHV sticker.

You don't want to kill ice racing tires riding them off the ice. For what NETRA is doing you'd be running studs instead.

Where I am up in Vermont all frozen bodies of water technically become roadways. So once the big lakes up here freeze up we can ride our registered dirbikes on the ice ALL we want. We use our registered ATVs to make tracks and keep them clean. Sometimes we have 2-3 mile tracks with around 15-20 bikes riding on any given weekend day.

I assume you're referring to bikes without a street plate.
My expectation is to ride ice this year just using my plate (no OHRV sticker), since it would be the same as driving a car or truck on the ice in that regard.

I think you will have a problem if law enforcement shows up. My understanding was that ohv stickers are required for all.

I could be wrong. I've actually never been checked that I can remember.
