Anyone looking for a place to live starting around Sept. 1st? (or 10/1 or 11/1...etc).

I signed a new lease starting 9/1, but I'm moving to TX. I'm hoping to find someone to take on a year long lease.

The apartment has two bedrooms, garage (room to fit a bunch of MCs and MC stuff), basement with tons and tons of storage, exclusive use of the driveway, washer/dryer, dishwasher, lots of space, and is in a nice neighborhood.

Close to boston and perfect for folks with motorcycles.

BTW - if you take the place in September I might be able to do one month free rent. Also, there is obviously no fee for renting this place. I searched high and low for a place like this....I would never move if I wasn't leaving the state.

IMO - you can't find anything better close to Boston.

Sounds like a tough kind of apartment to find in Medford...with a garage. I have two apartments in Medford I rent, and I get $600/room, no backyards, no garage, no parking...this is a good deal.

Have you tried craigslist? When I advertise rooms, I have to put up listings twice a day because there's so many that go up every day. But it works great.
