I'm looking to buy a GOOD quality mountain bike to my daughter as one of her Christmas presents. She is 12 years old, she is just a few inches shorter than me, so probably about 5.2-5.3.
I do not want to buy a cheap brand as I expect this will be the last bike I'll get her before she grows up and can get one of her own. But I can't afford to pay many hundreds of dollars for a good brand sold brand new. If someone has a good, nice looking mountain bike that could be suitable for her at a reasonable price, let me know. I guess it doesn't really matter if it's a men or women' bike, as long as she can sit on it and ride it.
