Yes sir. Only difference is the silver bits on the exhaust and radiator shroud has been colored black.

No. The side bags are the large Tour Master soft bags. In my opinion, they don't really suit this particular bike with regards to their fitment. The size of the bags coupled with the shape of the tail section makes it tricky to hang them.

In case anyone is wondering, they are the complete set of Tour Master touring bags....the large side bags, large duffle tail bag and the stackable double tank bag. I will be posting pics as soon as I have a chance.
