PetSafe wireless fence, NEW

A few months ago I bought a PetSafe brand wireless fence for my puppy and never once used it. I opened the box, charged up the colar batteries and that was it. I decided to use a wire fence around my yard, so I don't need this. I should have returned it (bought from PetSmart) but I never bothered. It's the model that does a 90' radious from the beacon...just under an acre of land.

Paid $325.00 for it..my loss, your gain, you can have it for $225.00

Yes, it is adjustable. The box says it can be set as low as 5' and upto 105'

Any idea how this works around obsticles, like a house??

My dog is really good, but I can't always keep an eye on her. Yesterday she decided she wanted to play with a passing Jogger and it scared the shit out of bim. She is harmless and only wanted to play but he had no idea.. So this might be a good idea for cases like this!

My plan was to put the beacon inside the house (has to stay dry and above freezing) and go from there. The directions say some things may interfear with the signal, but in most cases can be adjusted by setting radious and signal strength. You'll basically set the unti up in your house, grap the collar and walk around your yard until it beeps..place a flag every 10' or so
