The forward handle stands can not.

However I have two rear handle pitbulls (1 with removable handle) and one forward, I always reach for the forward. It's a million times easier to use by yourself and there is no risk of stubbing your toe as you walk behind it. Put some spools on your bike. :p

According to pitbulls website they make a forward one that has pads, appears to me you could also buy the pads and just switch it but for the price of the pads your better off buying that one.

Or get tabs welded on. Ian just got it done at a place in Meriden. Well worth it imo.
