probably. I am similar in size and found that without going for a women's cut jacket, jackets are too big in places that would be risky in case of a getoff (i.e. in the waist that can ride up, and in the sleeves)

+1 it will be too big on her. im 175 5'7 muscular/atheletic build and wear a 44 for my teknic chicane and a medium for my icon jacket if that helps any potential buyers

Maybe this helps. I am 5'6, 135-140. I have a women's size 44 (I think) one-piece race suit. I tried on a men's two piece, got the jacket on and couldn't see my hands, the sleeves were too long. The shoulders fell almost to my elbows and the waist landed at my upper thigh. She and I are pretty close in size. Not the right one for her.

Im 6' 4", around 220 and my Kawi jacket is the same size, 44. Fits me just right. Hope that gives more of an idea of its fit. Unfortunately, I dont have the $300 laying around. Sick jacket tho...
