Keep it, hell even throw a few more screws in it. You'll be the one laughing at us when you are out on the bike in the middle of January with 2 feet of snow on the ground

nope, i'm giving it away. maybe some of you guys that ride with patched tires will want it.

i'm not that knowledgeable on the dual compound tires, but there's a few reasons why I'm avoiding 2ct's.

• they've had some recalls on some of them
• i'm only replacing the rear tire, and dont want to mix tires
• 2cts cost more
• not taking the bike to the track, so i dont need softer sides

I have one of these I'll let you borrow Jim & it works great! The plug is a mushroom shape & you just insert it into the hole without taking the tire off of the rim. It uses some vulcanizing solution to bond it to the tire.
