Looking to rent out my spare bedroom in Groveland again. Lot's of storage and garage space, quiet neighbor hood, 7 minutes from 95 and 15 to 495. House is 1500 square feet on a half acre. $600 plus half of utilities which is usually around $130 (half).

I kicked out my 1st floor tennant who was paying 1200 a month, and moved in there...

Coulda left him there, paid you 600 and been ahead 600 a month....
