RV Class C...Priced to sell $900

I'm selling my track RV for a quick sale.
The last 3 years its been stored at the track and only driven from the back lot to the infield. Before that it was registered on the road and used to be driven often.

1980 Country Squire
Class C 24 feet
Dodge V8 5.9 litre
57K original miles
Clean Mass Title
Sleeps up to 6
has full kitchen (sink and oven) and microwave
water tanks and propane tanks all work, but I haven't used them for about 4 years since I only use this RV at the track.
Full pull out awning.
Trailer hitch and wired.

Recent Maintenance done:
New tires about 800 miles ago...4 years ago.
New battery this April
water pump replaced
brake lines
engine belts
transmission flushed
alternator
exhaust system...although it now has a manifold gasket leak. Not a big deal.
Air conditioning unit was serviced
Roof was also sealed by previous owner, never had any issues with water leaking from anywhere or any window.

I would keep this RV as its perfect for the track but I need something bigger.

$900 takes it

This picture is not the actual RV, but it looks identical even the stripes on the side.
Its old and not pretty but its cheaper than a season of staying at the Red Roof.

I do not have pics. I was planning on showing it at the Sept race weekend.

It should pass Mass inspection, probably need to replace a light bulb or two and it would need new windshield wipers I'm sure.
All lights and directionals work though,horn, good tires....shouldn't take much to pass inspection.
Ideally though its better to keep it at the track and just pay the storage like I do.

I got a few people already that got in touch via PM.
I will be showing the RV at the next race weekend in Sept.
I'm planning on staying in it one last time and packing up everything and passing over the title to the new owner that Sunday. I got nowhere else to go so I need to stay in it in Sept.

Only thing I can do is get in touch with anyone after the Sept race weekend if its not sold.
I can go back up to the track any weekend after that to show it.
