I bid three gains of sand.

If I become President I would adopt sand as the legal tender and of course we would all become immensely rich.

So, “in order to obviate this problem and effectively revalue sand, we need to embark on a massive sand to glass conversion program." I think you’ll all agree that’s a sensible move under the circumstances.

Clearly, a management consultant would point out how much this would increase the value of sand in anyone’s pockets. Those entrepreneurial by nature surely earlier took advantage by scooping up sand. They would let out woops of delight that would give the management consultant a standing ovation and accountants amongst us would look forward to a profitable future.

My three gains of sand stand as an offer. Their future value could be enormous.
