50CC Scooter stopped running one day and no time to fix. I have all the parts to fix and CO.

It's a 50 so don't think you need to register it. It's scooter I had when I was dating Deb. Just stopped running when I was at the scales garage. Maybe a fuel issue?? I never got into it.

Yes, you still need to register it. Rules have changed in Mass. You don't have to insure it or inspect it and you still don't need a special license but you have to register it.

I pulled that off the Mass DOT (replaces Mass RMV) website today. But you're right, there is conflicting info on there.

In going back just now to look, it can get as confusing as lawyers and politicians can possibly make it.
