nah, they actually put the panels together in Portsmoutn, NH, then truck em to ya, and put em up for those prices, two weeks to deliver, 3 hours to put up.....

Also, how would I got about getting the damn thing to Vermont? I don't suppose you deliver that far up here.

as long as where you want it is within 6" from corner to corner they set it up on cinder blocks, if you want it on a slab, or sono-tubes then you would have to provide that...

well how big do you want, I can go 12x20 with 7' walls and a 96" open wall, is that cool, or do want want some thing more specific?, cause I might be able to do that, but I would need more info, and yes we do deliver way up to vermont, pretty sure no extra charge but I'll look that up for you
