Shoei, Alpinestars, Held, SIDI, Cortech - my used gear for cheap

I haven't ridden in a while and I'll probably wait until my mid-life crisis before I get back into it. This is my gear that I have used over the years. It's all been stored inside a non-smoker home and safely inside closets and totes. No weird smells except for maybe the boots.

It's all currently located in Northampton, MA but will be moving to Gardner, MA within the next week. I can meet you anywhere between or around those two areas within reason. Discounts for buying multiple items and I can ship for a modest additional charge.

Shoei RF1100, Medium, White. Some crash damage but it's cosmetic only (inspection letter from Shoei USA stating so). Vents and shield all work fine
Date of Manufacture - January 2010
    $30

Shoei RF1100, Medium, Black. Good shape, not much use. Bugs included free of charge.
Date of Manufacture - June 2011
    $60

    [edit]
This helmet does have some light scratches and the tiniest bit of road rash, see the additional pictures below.

    [/edit]

Alpinestars Tech Back Protector, Medium (510mm). Adjustable size, well used but no damage. Velcro works but isn't super fresh.
    $30

Alpinestars Track Vest, Medium. Very light use. This has armor over the spine and padding all around.
    $60

Alpinestars 2-piece leather suit, euro size 56. Heavy armoring in the knees and elbows, stiff foam padding in the shoulders, hips and tailbone. Heavy use and lots of damage from about 10 crashes. Never had any repairs and it's kept me in one piece. Still has some life left in it. Instant street cred when worn at bike nights.
    $50

Held Gloves, Size 9. Some light rash but no holes.
    $20 SOLD

Sidi Boots, Mens US Size 11.5. Lots of use and abuse. Missing a zipper handle and has a hole burned mostly through the inside of the right heel cup. Has upgraded ceramic insert toe sliders and rest of the slider bits were replaced at one point as well.
    $15

Tourmaster Cortech Soft tailbag. Has foam rubber bottom, bungees for attaching to bike, a rain cover and clips for attaching soft saddlebags. Used for one cross country trip. Nice bag with a lot of compartments and it's in really good shape.
    $25 SOLD

Tourmaster Cortech Magnetic tankbag. Fairly used but in decent shape. Clear map pocket has some light scratches but still useable. Expandable section and lots of compartments on the inside.
    $10 SOLD

Tourmaster Rainjacket, Size XL. Works great for wet riding and also as a windbreaker for cold weather riding. Some small staining but not significant. I wore it over the armored Alpinestars suit (euro size 56) and it was just the right size.
    $10

For the leather suit, how big are you?

I'm too fat now to wear the suit but when I was less fat I was about 180lb and with a back protector it fit correctly (snug but not limiting range of movement). I'm 5'9" and the suit could probably go for someone up to 6', maybe taller if you're thin. Below 5'7" and you may want a smaller/custom suit.

The sizing for Alpinestars new stuff is probably similar

FYI you can fix that zipper on the SIDI with a replacement soft zipper pull (like on a backpack). They sell replacements for small money on Amazon. Look for the ones with small, thin string though as you have to fit it through a small eyelet on the zipper. Or a heavy duty paper clip works.

I'll take the black Shoei. Do you have a tinted visor available?

Yeah I've been using a paperclip for like 10 years. It must have just fell off recently though because it's no longer there. Thanks for the tip!

I live in Gardner, what area are you moving to? I'm out by the sportsmans club, near the Winchendon line. Not a bad place to live. Hopefully it doesn't take a mid-life crisis to get you back on a bike again! Keep an eye out for my RC!
