The whole set! Works great. Light lens has been changed from glass to lexan. Comes with extra halogen bulb.
Batteries are a bit tired. One is original NICAD, the other was sent away and rebuilt with high capacity NIMH and a new thermistor (extra but they recommended it). Batteries can still be rebuilt, it is just C size cells in there.
This is pretty powerful, I used it to do lugnuts which can be a bitch. Has many uses though. 1/2" drive.
