Disclaimer: This thing is a tank! It trailers heavy and it looks the 20 something years old that it is. That having been said, it'd make someone a pretty good storage space for a few bikes or a smallish car, or workshop if you're lacking a garage.
The Craigslist ad:
24' International enclosed trailer. It's an older trailer (1988) but it's served me well and seems solid. I've owned it about four years. I towed it to NH a couple of times, replaced a couple of the tires and repacked the wheel bearings. It's been used as storage for the last couple of years, usually up on blocks. The electric brakes work as do most of the other lights but a couple of the running lights on the top aren't working. There's some light surface rust on the top. Some of the linoleum tiles on the floor are coming up. It's a heavy trailer to tow but it does the job! I wouldn't tow it loaded with less than a one ton.

I'll start at $1,500 for NESR folks and negotiate from there.
