My buddy is in the Keene area and has been looking for a place for a while. He needs a barn though.

Barn is the neighbor's garage. He's a mechanic with a lift and everything. Wish it was ours, but no dice.

Plenty of room for a shed out in back of the driveway (and may be able to supply one), plus a full basement with generous workshop area (housed two motorcycles, two bicycles, and multiple work benches/tool chests when we lived there).
