Just picked this up from a friend who’s turning in his lease for $80. Think it was on his truck a couple years, got it Home and fixed any loose weather stripping and hit the edges with some flex seal. Works as intended, only getting rid of it because I’m getting a better deal on a different cover. Available in the Worcester area for $80.

Is this for a full-size truck, I have a GMC Sierra and does it cover the top of the bed rail or mount on the inside edge?

It came off a GMC Sierra and is now on a F150, so yes. It goes over the top bed rail and has little clamps on the underside.
