A lot of you are familiar with what's been going on in Wilmington, VT. I took a ride up there Sunday and the damage is just incredible and the clean-up is monumental. Wilmington (and Dot's restaurant) have a special place in my heart as I'm sure with many of you. Its part of the Western Mass Crew's regular stomping grounds, so I contacted Tony and he agreed to donate 2 spots to upcoming Tony's Track Day NH events.

I'll be auctioning these two spots off and ALL the proceeds will be donated to the Wilmington Flood Relief fund. Last bid before Sunday, Sept. 11th at 4:00pm and we'll use the forum time stamp to mark the time. We'll start the bidding at $200 and go up in dollar increments...please remember this is a benefit auction, hence the higher starting bid.

The two spots are as such:
Spot 1 - Weds. 9/28 in NH
Spot 2 - Tues. 10/18 in NH

These are not transferable to other dates. Yes, this has been approved by the higher-ups (thanks Stoneman and Frankenstein) and a huge thank you to Tony's Track Day!

Bid's should look like the usual format like so:

Okay, 150 views and no bids...just want to remind people that this is a charity auction, not a "trying to get a track day for less than what I would normally pay" auction. Really looking for some people to step up, you'll get a track day for a little more than if you bought it from Tony and help some people in need.

I realize that the starting bid is at $200, but that's why I did it in $1 increments, so you guys can still have some fun with it.

Sorry, Tony. I just meant it in the sense that everybody usually waits to the last minute to bid on the track day auctions and then try and snipe it ala ebay.

I was just thinking with a starting bid of $200 it doesn't leave a lot of room for bidding before it is up to the actual value, but I was trying to reassure people that with $1 increments (rather than the usual $5 or $10) there can still be some good back and forth battling going on. And also stressing the point that this was for charity and not to score a cheap track day.

I definitely encourage people to purchase a second day from you though to go with the one they win. it's always more fun to do two track days in a row than just do one.
