So tempting...Going to have to wait and see if I need a valve adjustment first.

Why not leave it in NH till you get licensed?
IIRC you have 90 days

Ya I was gonna say there is some time when you move to get licensed
Corey
a buddy of mine just sent you an e-mail
youre allowed to keep it, just has to meet ma assault weapons ban standards.
nine times out of ten its an electric razor, but...every once in a while...its a dildo. of course its company policy never to imply ownership in the event of a dildo, we have to use the indefinite article "a" dildo ...and not..."your"...dildo...
Thanks guys I'll answer to that email. And also I could leave it in NH, and I did get an offer from soneone to store it in NH for me. I don't know where else in NH I would leave it .
I will have to look into the licensing but the pricing is what threw me off. If it's true that I have 90 days when I mve into MA then that's great. I don't want to have to renew every year if it's expensive, though. Maybe I'm just taking for granted NH's $10 fee. Well I saw MA was more expensive, that's why I am selling this particular rifle of mine.

90 day grace period when you move. Depending on where you move to, the process is most likely going to take longer than that btw. Having a place in NH to store them is a better option. $100 for 6 years is the cost.
Up to 6 years. Also, there is the safety course which typically is $100. I have a buddy that teaches it if you need.

Depending on where you're moving, it's going to be close for 90 days to get your license in MA.
Any MA experts know if this is legal in MA?

Keep it transfer it in. There's acouple of us here in ma that can help you out with the laws. If there are threads on the barrel you will have to remove them or Permanently attach a muzzle brake or some other non silencer accessory lol. If there is bayonet lug it must be removed. And there are provisions for the lo taking forever to get you your license.
450 is an awesome price for this gun. List it up on northeastshooters.com you might get more hits there. Good luck either way.
Where about in ma are you moving?

The core problem is that you're moving in the wrong direction.

It appears as though it does have a bayonet lug, although that rifle could easily be made mass compliant. Dave can a flash suppressor be permanently attached and still be mass legal? I was under the impression that brakes and flash hiders were on the naughty list? Reason I ask is all mass compliant ars and aks that I've seen have straight crowned barrels? Mods can delete this post but I'm trying to keep this guy from selling a rifle for no reason.
My understanding is flash hider no, muzzle brake yes. Has to be "permanently" attached. So a quick pin and tack weld and you're good. I see (hear, feel) AR's with brakes all the time at the range I go to.

Mark beat me to it. Also I have gotten emails from amazon local deals for firearm safety courses for like 50 a couple of times. I can forward you the info if you'd like.

Please don't post in my thread if only garbage comes out of your mouth, falfal. I know approximately 15 forum members on here personally and I would much rather sell to somebody I know for the asking price instead of a random person who I don't. I hope a normal person can understand that. You probably can't, falfail. That's integrity. Plus he offered me 440 not the entire 450 but we will see if he comes with the 450.
OK gun is no longer for sale sorry everyone

You should be able to delete it your self if you go in to edit the first post there should be an option to delete the thread.
I'm sorry for your loss.
