Revolvers are more reliable. if a round doesn't go off, just pull the trigger again. The only real drawbacks are low round amount and slower reload times. Unless you are Jerry Miculek.
plus a heavier trigger and typically take more practice for accuracy with a small j-frame depending on the load

Picked up a couple Gen 5's (Wife doesn't want hers)
Feels great in hand, trigger feels a tad changed but still sucky for a striker fired gun.

Federal is running a 25% off American Eagle ammo through December (up to 50 bucks).... just ordered a case of 147gr 9mm for 220ish... 50 dollar mail in rebate brings it down to a little over 17cents a round.

Never will be a "WOW" with a new Glock as we all know from the previous what 24ish years or so. It is more accurate side by side with my Gen 4

Why did you order 147gr. sub-sonic if you're not shooting it through a suppressor?

I think Maura the head lawmaker in charge still allows us children to mail order squirt guns and slingshots, if that's any consolation. Not sure about bow and arrows.

    Re: Guns...

I picked up and new HK VP9. There are some deals out there to go with the 4 extra magazines HK is offering in rebate right now. I think it was about 550 for the gun with note sights and 3 mags, plus 4 more in a couple of weeks. It's a soft shooter and the trigger is decent, the sights are amazing. I might use it for a match if I ever can get myself to one.
