and don't think this is comparing apples or oranges because it's not. we are mammals just like any other, the only difference is we have a bigger brain....

Unfortunately, it is apples and oranges. Pitbulls are genetically engineerred (if you want to call breeding genetic engineering) for specific PHYSICAL traits that are advantageous for fighting. Jaw Strength, Lean Muscle Mass, etc. Fighting on the other hand is an "attitudinal" thing, which is NOT something you can breed.

But when we ride very fast motorcycles, we ride with immaculate sanity. We might abuse a substance here and there, but only when it's right. The final measure of any rider's skill is the inverse ratio of his preferred Traveling Speed to the number of bad scars on his body. It is that simple: If you ride fast and crash, you are a bad rider. If you go slow and crash, you are a bad rider. And if you are a bad rider, you should not ride motorcycles.

environment in combination with genetics, but neither by itself.

    Pitbull Genetics and Homosexualtiy...

I think the best argument against homosexuality being genetics is that it is an evolutionary dead end.

The ability to kill other animals efficiently is indisputably an evolutionary bonus. Pitbulls are just like all other dogs, this ability is there in all of them. We just helped bring it out a little bit more in pitbulls.

So what are you saying, squidly? That homosexuality isn't genetic, and that the environment (TV, music, movies) plays a role?

I would certainly hope that no one CHOOSES to be gay.

    Pitbull Genetics and Homosexualtiy...

Unfortunately, the argument proposed above that homosexuality can't be genetic doesn't hold water. There are all kinds of traits that are genetic that don't prolong life or the propagation of the species. (Suicide has been proven partly genetic, as well as tons of diseases)

All that would do is prove that gay people will always be a teeny tiny portion of the population, just like people who commit suicide, etc..

There is nothing stopping a suicidal person from spreading their genes before they commit suicide either.
