yeah, ive seen those too, look like mad fun! a little big (which is why im not really into sleds, the size) but i wouldnt turn down a chance to ride one! sweet the way the rounded body jams through the deep powder.

I don't know........I got one for a heck of alot less than 12K.

It's sitting in my garage waiting for some more snow to fall. Just need to clean one of the carbs up a little bit and bleed the brakes and I'll be ready to go try to stay out of the trees. I sure hope I can ride the damn thing without killing myself or someone else will be getting a really good deal on a Snow Hawk.

seems to me the balance would be way off. all that weight in the back would make for a tough steering. deep powder the ass sinks and the ski floats?

you got a snow hawk? id ask if i could ride but with my track record of riding your stuff......

i see the advantages of both. the 4 stroke is nice on the dirtbike as well as the light weight ... but the wide body of the hawk allows it to float in the deep stuff. i guess it all depends on what your using it for. on groomers either would work i guess.

Yup I have one! Working on it right now so when it snows it'll be ready to ride. If you are bored and want to check it out, give me a call and drop by to take a look.

Oh and even with your previous history with my toys I think I would let you take it for a ride.

Had a few back in the day when we had the ski house on corridor 5 in N.Conway but not in the last few years.

Thought about a new Skidoo for about 10 seconds this year but said no.

    Re: 2Moto Snowbike

    FYI:
Hours spent working on said Sno-Hawk..... 10
Time spent to find fuel line....3 hours!
Inches of snow on his street...... 8+
Time the Sno-Hawk even left the garage.... Zip, Zero, Nada!

This is the snowiest winter in how long, and this thing has more pictures taken of it than miles he put on it! Come on Joel! I even beefed up the preload for you!

Figured I would ask and see if you wanted to go ride some time. I guess if I figure out the Snow Hawk you could come along and use my other sled and take the Snow Hawk for a rip too.

    bbhzx10 (Brian)

Well if my friends that I would go riding with would stop going out and playing in the snow storms by pushing snow around with their trucks I might be more apt to take it for a ride now and then. However, it's kind of funny how the day or two after a storm it's alot harder to get out and ride due to work and things like that. Oh yeah, and if I recall correctly your sled only got used twice this season so what's the big deal? (Ok so the two times it was used were some sweet riding but I had to say something)

    rg500 (Mike)

What's up Mike? How've you been? Yeah, I know I need to take this thing for a ride but I figure I have another 21 months or so until I have had it as long as you did without riding it.......... I will definitely post up once I take it for a ride and let you know what it was like. That is of course if I can still type when I get back.
