No way the Husky is worse! Equal, maybe, but not worse.

And I'll be passing on the beads for any future bikes... although I enjoyed it on my wing for a while.

I've ridden that WR. The TE feels like there's a bunch of bees stinging your hands & where you sit. If you attempt to grab the tank with your knees, they'll sting you there too! Engine vibes are the worst of any bike I've ridden.

I figure I'll just stand as much as possible and keep the revs down.

I thought you meant the seat was harder.

Oh, it doesn't have a seat. Only a piece of vinyl resembling a seat to cover the frame rails.

Huh, I rode a 510 recently and loved it. I didn't notice the vibes, and it was like someone had custom measured the seat/bar /peg relationship just for me. The seat was hard, but otherwise I thought it was REALLY sweet to ride.

Of course, now it's in many mangled chunks...

It's most noticeable on the road, over 45 mph. The 510 is a stroked version of the 450. The 510 has a smaller connecting rod though, to clear the cases. Thinking back, maybe the YZ490 I had vibrated more? The TE just kills me on the road is all.

Unfortunately, I just failed my final inspection on one apartment that I'm renovating... and that I have rented for MAY 24th!... so I'll be working all weekend.

Apparently, there is a MINIMUM size for "attic access holes".

Nope, can't block off ... gotta have an access point. (I asked the same question)


I basically have to cut out two ceiling joists and header them off.

Not to mention rip off all the trim and drywall that was already done. Oh well... some day it will be done. Right?

If you're coming to the dualsport ride, get gas before you get to Sandisfield. There are no gas stations for at least 12 miles in any direction.
