    OK, going shopping didn't help! What I learned is that I have expensive taste. The 2016 350XC-F is exactly what I want. It is next level gorgeous. Makes the 14/15 bike look cheezy really. Every detail has been redesigned. Truly an instant classic. BUT, it will cost me. I can get it for 9300, plus tax, title, tags, and a 500 dollar lighting kit and be done. OUCH!!! that's bout 10,500 all told.

    Or, I can get the crappy 14 (lol) 250 xc-f for 6500 plus tax, title tags and 500 dollar lighting kit and be done for 7500.

    The 15 Yamaha can be mine for 6500 plus tax. No title possible.

    Orrrr, they have a sick Husa FC250 all titled and kitted for about 6500. This thing is NEARLY a no brainer, but it is a link-less chassis.

    I have some peeps with recent experience telling me otherwise. I think the 16 is too rich for my blood. the leftover 14 is a smokin deal. It may really come down to money.

    I say all this having pined for a 250 4t for a good while.
    They will go, but you really have to ride them way harder than I'm used to. It felt slightly unnatural at this point in my career.

    Next time I'm in the market which was going to be this spring but it may have to be delayed another year I'm going KTM just for the ease of getting it plated. The 300 XCW is on my short list but the 350 is also on my radar.

    No matter what you end up with Paul I think you owe me a few laps on it
