The Christini AWD 300 uses a GasGas engine which should be a good thing because Christini's 4T engines are down on power vs. the competition.

I'd be interested to ride my 300 with road wheels & tires. Doing 50mph on knobbies on tarmac feels like ludicrous speed from Spaceballs.

It smooths out as you pass through 90.

That's when the knobbies liquify

Re: Beta Xtrainer - Entry level 300cc 2T Enduro
Yeah, but since the tire started hopping at 40, the bike is barely on the ground at that point. It's really more of a hover bike.
Where we're going, we don't need tires.

Re: Beta Xtrainer - Entry level 300cc 2T Enduro
I took mine on the highway just because I could. It shook so bad at 80, I had to stand on the pegs so I could see the cars in front of me. I haven't done that again with knobbies.

Re: Beta Xtrainer - Entry level 300cc 2T Enduro
Haha I took the road home at 60 yesterday because the rain was picking up. By far the fastest I've dared to go on knobbies, it was kinda fun!

another free solution to stiffer seats... stand more :D
Lol, one thing you don't do with an xgrip is sit on it. The other is replace seat covers.
That said, I'll likely get a seat concepts kit for my 300 if it stays, now that I'm semi retired.

Sections are more suited for full on trials bikes, surprising amount of ledge outcroppings. It'll be some creative trail making and line picking for sure

I like how you didn't use the R word.

Did he give you a reason why? Didn't like it? I would if I didn't have a deposit on a new one, that being said, I was told if I bought it and didn't like it, he would buy it back for what I paid for it.

He's too aggressive a rider. Thought this would be a good thing to slow him down. It wasn't. LOL

confused. what does that mean? on the Beta forum he says he's looking to move to a 300RR which of course is larger and 'faster'. :scratchhead:
