    That looks fun.

Checking out a spare set of wheels for the KTM this week, thinking seriously about trying the ice. My wife is weird about it - she's okay with me riding just about anything, anywhere, but for some reason ice gives her the big concern.

Recreational ice riding is about as safe as it gets. If you played pond hockey, you understand ice safety enough. 6" of ice is plenty. crashes transfer 0 energy. Just make sure there is nothing to hit for a loooooong way. lol. Slides can be endless.

    Re: Clay and ice

I have a 16/19 combo for knobbies and ice tires. Kerry will use it as a dirt bike as well. But this weekend she's away, and I'm hoping to flattrack it.

That thing looks like huge fun.

My wife worries about the ice too. Showing her the cheater-screw setup didn't do much to put her mind at ease.

John Branson. Kerry raced vintage with him before he got into the sumo side.
