    Crow Hill 5/15 feeler

Decided to stay local if I get out - anyone up for a morning ride at Crow Hill tomorrow? I'm an intermediate rider willing to run any pace, even newbie (except FAST), and will probably just put in a few hours 10-1. My first outing this season.

Yeah - definitely rusty. I took it very easy, like 65% just to remind the muscles how they work. I'd run 3 laps at a time, 10 minute break, over and over till noontime. Just wanted to break the ice, nothing more. I'll keep my eye out for your numbers next time.
