Nice! If I get my ass into gear (pun not intended but totally intended) I should be able to be there by then, too.

Frustrating day out on the trails for me. I replaced the air filter on the KTM (which was filthy) and now the bike is trying to kill me in every gear. Throttle response seemed ridiculous to me, and I ended up on the ground on more than a few occasions. Also the radiator cap isn't sealing properly, and not wanting to get stuck out in the woods with an overheated bike I ended up going home early. Also, one of the side plastic panels finally gave up the ghost as the mounting boss plastic tore off the mounting thread on the frame.

Not sure who's doing what this weekend, but HVD is closed this Saturday per their Facebook page:

Attention Riders, The Hodges Village Dam dirt bike trail will be closed on Saturday June 25th from 7am to 3pm. There will be a large Triathlon event using most of the west side trails for running and mountain biking. Please do not use the trails until the race is complete for everyone's safety!

was a tough day for me as well. got seriously burnt out halfway through the upper loop after Alex bailed. from that point on i was complete junk.

had an amazing turkey club and pitcher of BUD on the way home though

Holy cow, that's almost like a warmly given personal invitation. I only have two dirt bikes currently running though. Definitely been looking forward to another ride with you deviants since last fall. Saturday definitely not. Sunday maybe.

The WR seems to be making aluminum coleslaw. I've pulled the valve cover, flywheel, and clutch basket with no obvious culprits spotted yet. Might just assemble and stress test again. Found the clutch spring bolts had been tightened until they stretched under the head. Wasn't me!
