but back on topic if we have to :D doesn't Semics do some upside down pull-up (like a push-up in plank form) thing to build shoulder/arm strength? thought i remembed seeing that in one of his fitness vids. he had some side-circuit he would do while mountain biking trails using logs and trees. been a while so i can't quite remember.
