I made some Chili for lunch, and farts to keep us warm later on. I mean I didn't make chili and farts. Well I guess I sort of did. Chili farts!! I'll bring my stove and we'll have warm lunch.

I won't be there by then, but I could be later in the afternoon or sunday if I'm not surfing.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

Truck is already loaded up. Time for a steak dinner and then relax.

Quads are fine, just don't run us over, and make sure your seat is bolted down.

Missing something. We had an unexpected, but known to us, quad join us last weekend on our ride and he is known for a few things.

Digital throttle and Hitting trees at high rates of speed which in turn bends expensive parts of his relatively nice quad. He also has an accent due to the fact that his native language is Portugese (at least I think that is what it is).

Ahhh...I see now. I have hit a tree before but I don't make a habit of it. My throttle is very analog and I hate to run over friends. Have to get a sticker in the AM but I will be there.

Unpacked right before dark, glad I jumped ship when I did. Good riding today, though I wasn't really getting into any rhythm. Hope you guys had a good final loop!

Had a great time despite the broken bead. It took me all of 10 min to fix it once I got home. Bringing the tank next time, f$%in' quads...

    Re: Dirty this weekend

Bill, good to ride with you today! You tear that quad up. Glad to hear you got that thing back on the rim without too much hassle!

Clayton, as always great to see you and glad you had fun. Could tell you weren't feeling it on that last run.

Gino, awesome job on your first dirty day. You handled that KDX like a seasoned pro.

KB and Mike, as always a fun ride.

Hopefully I'll be able to get some decent video clips off the GoPro. If I do I'll try to figure out how to get them on YouTube or something like that.

So everyone, when we doing it again?

Yeah. Knee and lower leg just haven't been right since. It's been slowly getting better but I'm about ready to go in and have a doc look as it's driving me nuts. No swelling, no bruising, no external signs of any problems but I'm hobbled by it.

Definitely stuffing the knee braces under the jeans next time. And proper MX boots.

    Re: Dirty this weekend

MX boots are worth their weight in gold. My first ride a few years ago I tried my "heavy duty" hiking boots. They folded like slippers when I caught a toe on a rock at Vietnam. Oooow! I now wear 4 hundred dollar boots and LOVE them. Knee pads are a no brainer as well.
