I thought I was going to escape 'feeling it' seeing as I only did 7 laps and had one no speed tipover in the damn esses in back... nope, woke up this morning and my left elbow is PISSED. Dunno why, I can only assume it's from my death grip the whole time?

Still had a ball. To hell with getting an elliptical machine, that's the best workout I've had in ages. Now I just need to convince my wife that the money I could have spent on an elliptical for my cave would be better used going towards a bike... : )
